About fandom catering.

Our Menus are seasonal and cannot be exchanged or swapped with other menus.
For functions at Fandom, costs are as above with no extra charges. For other venues, overheads to be calculated depending on location, venue and staffing needs.
We can only supply sit down menus at the venues with catering facilities. BBQ and Hog roasts are available at most venues, however, please check with the venue first.
Please note: We will require a site visit for events not at fandom

We can also supply crockery etc at an additional cost, however you are welcome to source this yourself.
Although we do have set prices and limits we understand everyone’s requirements and budgets vary. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this and we may be able to cater to your needs.

3-course Winter Menu.

  • Celeriac & Cheddar soup with bread and butter.
  • Mushroom arancini duxelles with Pickled silver skins shallots.
  • Mackerel fishcakes with lemon aioli & Tatar sauce.
  • Farmhouse pate on toasted brioche with caramelized onion.

Mains
  • Roasted belly pork with confit new potatoes, carrots & Yorkshire pudding.

  • Pea mint and wild garlic soup with croutons and Bread and butter.
  • Beetroot arancini with goat’s cheese mousse and pickled silverskin shallots.
  • Garlic and parsley butter poached plaice with pickled chilli and tartar sauce.
  • Farmhouse pate with toasted brioche and caramelized onion.
  • Braised rabbit croquette with burnt apple puree, wilted wild garlic and Parma ham.
Mains
  • Butternut squash risotto with confit garlic, roasted baby shallots and sage oil.
  • Confit leek with charred cauliflower, mushrooms and sweet potato fondant.
  • Fish and chips with tartar sauce, curry sauce and pickled cockles.
  • Dill cured fish with chilli oil, lime and wild asparagus.
  • Lamb rump with elephant garlic, pea puree and white asparagus.

  • Ham hock terrine with radish, cauliflower, shimeji mushrooms & burnt apple puree.

BBQ

Minimum of 35 guests when hired alongside our Hog roast or Bar. Coming in 2020, we can also supply a mobile mini bar with your BBQ (requires a minimum spend of £500).

We understand everyone likes different types of food, such as spicy sausages or venison burgers. Perhaps it’s an American or Caribbean themed BBQ you are after. Let us know and we can adjust our menu to suit you and your guests!

Choose from any of the products we offer, if it’s not listed such as pork skewers or fish then please ask us – if it can be barbecued we can provide it!
We can make a bespoke BBQ to suit your needs for a £650 minimum spend. We will cater for a smaller guest numbers if you also hire our mobile bar or hog roast.

Hog roast

A succulent full hog cooked by our chef and served by staff. 
Up to 80 guests £675.   80-120 guests £740.   Up to 200 guests £1125

We can also  cater to vegans (food is cooked and served separately from meat products)

Bar

Coming in 2020
  • Bar spend is a minimum spend of £75
  • With a Hog or BBQ minimum spend of £500
  • Just want the bar and you stock it? Only £300 with any of our other packages
  • You can decide from a champagne bar, wine bar, Gin, Rum or cocktails. Etc You name it we can do it.
  • We understand not all guests like one thing so can mix it up and we will always carry soft drinks a few beers and cider too.
